Following the success of Phase 1 and Phase 2, the investor continues to appear the next phase of the project called The Opera Residence.

1. Location of The Opera Residence 
The Opera Residence (Lot 1-17) is phase 3 of The Metropole Thu Thiem project, following the phases of The Galleria (Lot 1-16) and The Crest (Lot 1-13). In the future, the project will be adjacent to the Opera House with a great view towards the Saigon River.

3. Register to reserve The Opera Residence – Metropole project 
Currently, Investor is receiving a refundable deposit of Phase 3 – The Metropole Thu Thiem project with a reservation fee of 500 million vnd/ apartment.
